I’m an author and illustrator who loves strange places, monsters, friendship, emotions, and the moment a kid realizes they may be more capable than they thought.
THE SHORT VERSION
A little bit about me.
I'm the writer and illustrator behind the middle-grade and all-ages horror graphic novels Deepwater Creek, The Sleepover, and the Adamsville trilogy.
I’ve been drawing comics since the third grade, and my passion for art and storytelling has only grown since. I studied painting and drawing at the University of North Florida, where I also minored in literature.
Deepwater Creek was named to the American Library Association’s 2025 Best Graphic Novels for Children Top Ten. That was a pretty amazing honor.
THE WORK
Heart first.
Then monsters.
My favorite stories live where fear and heart overlap. The monsters matter, but so do the friendships, families, losses, jokes, and small acts of courage around them.

When I’m not making comics, I enjoy fishing, playing TTRPGs, cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, and spending time with my family. We live in Jacksonville, Florida.
